Nationwide Visit Year 5 and 6!
Last half term, following Citizenship learning around banks and money sense last half term, Saturn and Jupiter have been lucky enough to have 2 wonderful visitors from Nationwide come in to deliver some Money lessons.
Lois and Nicole visited us to share ways in which we can earn money, ways we can spend money, wants and needs, and how money affects our emotions. During the last session the children also took part in a bit of role play to understand what we can do with our money and what Lois and Nicole do within the bank.
We are so proud of how well the children listened and joined in with discussions, how curious they were and how polite they were!
Lois and Nicole were equally impressed with the children too and even gave us some goodies – a tote bag, pen and notebook!
